Lower Back Positions

 Head & Neck      Shoulder, Arm & Thoracic      Leg & Foot 

All four of these positions (above & below) relieve discomfort in the waist, low back and

sacrum regions, areas that are our foundation.  These positions help maintain that stability.

This position (left) relieves the lumbar region.
