Relieving shoulder and elbow tension relates down to the wrist.

 

This position helps with rotator cuff

discomfort and pain.

This position increases flexibility

in a stiff elbow from an old injury.

These positions alleviate pain between the shoulder blades.

This position (left) allows expansion of the rib cage which results in easier breathing, especially for this client who is pregnant.
